Digital Crochet Patterns
Because digital patterns are available for download immediately after purchase, we do not normally accept returns, exchanges or cancellations for:
- Change of mind
- Accidental purchases
- Purchasing the wrong pattern
- Difficulty with the pattern’s stated skill level
- Failure to read the product description before purchasing
If you purchased a duplicate pattern, received the wrong file, cannot access your download or believe the file is faulty, please contact us through our website contact form. We will be happy to help resolve the issue.
Please note that our digital products are crochet patterns supplied as downloadable files. They are not finished physical items.
Order Cancellations
Digital orders generally cannot be cancelled once the files have been made available for download.
