This Shipping and Delivery Policy explains how digital and physical products purchased from Periwinkle Crochet are delivered.
Digital Crochet Patterns
Most products sold by Periwinkle Crochet are digital crochet patterns. Digital products are not shipped by post and do not incur shipping charges.
After payment has been successfully processed, your digital files will be made available through the download link provided on the order-confirmation page or by email.
Download emails should usually arrive within a few minutes. Occasionally, payment processing or email delivery may cause a short delay.
If you have not received your download:

You are responsible for downloading and securely storing your purchased files. If a download link expires or stops working, contact us for assistance.
Physical Products
Where a product requires postage, this will be clearly stated in the product description. Shipping charges and available delivery options will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or another applicable consumer-protection law.
